Jeremy John Badot

Jeremy was the kind of person who left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His genuine kindness, infectious smile, and unwavering loyalty made people feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Whether he was spending time with family and friends or outdoors with anything that had a motor—“just burnin’ gas,” as he liked to say—Jeremy lived life with enthusiasm, generosity, and appreciation for every moment.

Although his life was tragically cut short while doing what he loved most, Jeremy had already accomplished so much. In the year leading up to his passing, he proudly earned his electrician’s license, welcomed his beloved dog, Banks, into his life, and pursued his passion for power sports with the same excitement and determination that defined everything he did.

But Jeremy’s greatest legacy isn’t measured by the milestones he reached or the adventures he had. It lives on in the way he treated people—with unconditional love, genuine compassion, and an unwavering commitment to his family and friends. His character inspired those around him, and his impact continues to be felt every day.

The JJB Fund was established to carry that legacy forward. By providing scholarships to students pursuing careers in the skilled trades and supporting special education programs, The JJB Fund reflects the values Jeremy embodied: hard work, opportunity, compassion, and service to others. Through every scholarship awarded and every life impacted, Jeremy’s spirit continues to inspire future generations to build meaningful lives and strengthen their communities.
